1. Brush Twice a Day, 2 Minutes Each
For best results, clean once in the morning (preferably after breakfast) and again before bed (after dessert). 2 minutes each.
2. Divide Your Mouth into 4 Sections
Our smart timer pauses after every 30 seconds to help remind you to clean each quadrant equally.
3. Tilt Brush at a 45-Degrees Angle
Tilt the brush head angle at a 45-degree angle to hug the gum line. This helps remove the soft plaque where the bacteria can hide alongside the gum line.
4. Brush All Sides of Teeth
Brush the outer surfaces, the inner surfaces, and the chewing surfaces of your teeth. To clean the inside surfaces of front teeth, tilt the brush vertically, and make several up-and-down strokes.
5. Clean Everywhere Else
Finish up by gently brushing the tongue, and the roof of your mouth, to remove any remaining debris, and odor-causing bacteria.
Why We Recommend Brushing with ION-Sei
While most people assume vigorously brushing your teeth is necessary for the most effective cleaning, excessive force can cause abrasion of the teeth to damage the tooth enamel and the gums. Damaged enamel makes your teeth unprotected, and gives bacteria room to enter the tooth to cause decay.
With ION-Sei, your teeth can be thoroughly cleaned without damaging your enamel and gums as it does not involve aggressive vibrations like conventional electric toothbrushes. Negative ions work as a natural cavity prevention that removes plaque from your teeth, and preventing bacteria from adhering on your teeth.
